The design uses their signature flowing line patterns as subtle texture while keeping focus on the content. Key information like market trends, rent growth, occupancy rates, and portfolio distribution are presented through clean charts and infographics that make complex data digestible.

Custom graphics include market trend indicators, portfolio geography maps showing investment distribution across 10 U.S. markets, and investment highlight cards. Each slide maintains clear hierarchy and generous whitespace, ensuring the deck works in both presentations and print.
