A complete brand identity system for a New York-based podcast where meaningful conversations unfold over shared meals. The host's vision was to capture the essence of a restaurant experience, but she struggled to translate that concept into a cohesive visual language.

The solution draws inspiration from the bold, energetic aesthetic of 1990s New York editorial design—think New York Magazine meets downtown dining culture. The custom monogram interlocks "ODT" within overlapping circles, echoing both dinner plates and the intimacy of table conversation. The typography system pairs the elegant ITC Garamond Narrow Light with the approachable Wigrum and playful Oranges and Lemons script, creating hierarchy that feels both refined and inviting.

A vibrant palette of Cherry red, Spinach green, Meyer Lemon yellow, and accent colors (Bellini, Linen, Merlot, and Poppyseed) was developed to feel warm and appetizing while maintaining strong visual presence across podcast covers, social media, and promotional materials. Hand-drawn borders and text cut-outs in irregular shapes add a tactile, human quality—as if each episode announcement is a personal invitation to pull up a chair.

The brand system includes podcast cover variations, social media templates, polaroid-style guest frames, and a complete style guide that ensures consistency while allowing creative flexibility. The result is an identity that doesn't just represent a podcast—it embodies the ritual of gathering, the warmth of hospitality, and the magic that happens when we break bread together.
